How To Delete A Facebook Account?

Let’s face it, Facebook is that addiction that is hard to get rid of!

But somehow you have made up your mind and don’t want to back out anymore–Kudos to that! But let me warn you, this app is a bit reluctant to let go of its users. This makes it difficult to delete an account.

Maybe, it is because if you delete your account once, it’s gone forever. Also, you will no longer be able to use Facebook Messenger too. Wait, that’s not all! You will also no longer be able to log in to third-party apps or websites you may have signed up for using Facebook.

So, make sure to back up your data from the platform. This is because all your posts, photos, and videos will be deleted forever.

Facebook Account Deactivation vs Deletion

In case you don’t regret it later, Facebook gives you the option to Deactivate your account. This is great if you want to just take a break from the platform for some time. So, in simple words, deactivating your account is temporary. But deleting your account will make it vanish forever.

Deactivation is a more flexible remedy to tone down your addiction. If you deactivate your account, your profile won’t show up but your text messages will. Yes, you will be gone from Facebook. However, you can always get back by simply logging in with your id and password.

Now, if you’re still adamant about permanently deleting your Facebook profile, here is a simple guide on how to do it! Keep scrolling…
